WHAT IS OUR DUTY OF CARE?

In accordance with our Duty of Care, all ground transportation services and drivers, whose vehicles include but are not limited to a sedan, SUV, van, mini-coach should adopt the following suggested practices:

– All drivers are properly screened, licensed, and trained
– All Ground transportation vehicles are properly licensed, safe, and insured

WHAT SAFETY MEASURES DOES DARKCARZ TAKE?

We not only uphold the duty of care, but we also ensure prior to each ride, seat-belts are fast-enable, air bag settings are enabled, doors can be locked/unlocked, and each passenger is safe + comfortable.

ARE THERE ANY ITEMS NOT ALLOWED IN THE VEHICLE?

No illegal substances inclusive of illegal drugs are allowed in the vehicle. Additionally, no weapons are allowed in vehicles (guns nor ammunition are all permitted) *If you’re unsure if something is allowed, please contact us prior to your scheduled ride.

ARE OVER-SIZED ITEMS ALLOWED IN THE VEHICLE?

We do allow larger items to be transported BUT all items must be approved prior to your scheduled ride.  This is to confirm we have space, the transport of items is secure so there are no damages, as well there is no obstruction for the driver and passengers are safe.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE MY RIDE?

We kindly ask that as soon as you need to reschedule and/or your ride, you contact Darkcarz immediately via our contact page and/or via calling. We do want to ensure the best of service, and thus accuracy of scheduling is very important to us.
